Dear Applicants,
Please carefully follow the application process below.
Applications will be reviewed and considered once all of the necessary steps are completed.
1. A General Application Form link can be found on the Forms page under the Registration tab on the homepage and can be filled in and sent back to us online. Three other forms also on the Forms page, the Principal Assessment Form, the Talmid Self-Evaluation Form and the Emergency Medical Form, must be printed out, filled in, scanned and emailed back to us as attachments. The Principal Evaluation Form must be filled in by your son’s principal and emailed to us by him. (See e-mail below).
2. A non-refundable $50.00 application fee is due upon submission of application (available on the forms page or by clicking here). A $200.00 registration fee will be due upon registration after acceptance of your son to the mesivta. Security damage deposit: $100.00 by check, made payable to “The Thornhill Mesivta.” Annual mikva fee: $250.00 by check, made payable to Chabad@Flamingo, writing “mikva fee” in the memo.
3. E-mail a recent picture of your son.
4. The Student Self-Evaluation Form must be completed by your son.
It is important for all talmidim to understand the yeshiva’s guidelines and dress code before entering the mesivta. Please read through both located also under the Registration tab with your son and sign along with your son as part of the necessary application steps.
